just a super short idea mostly learning unity

learnt about 

game manager, ui manager , countdowns , Coroutine for Delay it may be basic knowledge but even after spending a whole 4 hours on this little idea i am proud of where it has came and surprisingly how much i learnt 

 but also see what comes out please if you have any ideas on what i could add please let me know
